New Chapters is committed to delivering quality education to ensure the success of our students. Our professional staff is passionate about care and brings both academic and real life experience to the classroom.

Peggy Klingeman, LPN
Owner/Executive Director/Instructor
Peggy has more than 35 years of experience in the field as a nurse, a business owner (including two assisted living homes), a skilled nursing facility director and an instructor. She has cared for people from birth to 101 years of age and the range of her expertise allows her to provide our students the tools they need to provide compassionate care to persons in every stage of life.

Carlee Howie, MPA
Director of Administration

As a former Director of non-profit organizations and college instructor, Carlee has the tools to help every student pursue their education and career. She is a professional resume builder and she makes sure each student leaves the program equipped to find his or her next job. 

Josh Howie, BSN, RN
CNA Program Director, Instructor
Josh is a RN at Holy Family Hospital and also works as a Home Health RN. The day-to-day experience he brings to the program as an instructor helps our students think more critically about care and builds students confidence as they learn about the different types of care teams they might join in the future.
